The first stage in our process is the concept design. This involves an initial briefing meeting to understand your functional requirements and aspirations for the project. From there we do a detailed site measure of your space before preparing initial material selections, 3D concept images and preliminary plans.

Once the concept design is approved we commence detailed design. We prepare a full documentation set including plans, elevations and details to provide to builders to tender. We obtain quotes and prepare a complete budget including custom joinery, tapware, sanitary ware, appliances etc.

This is the final stage in our process. We coordinate with your chosen builder to ensure the build process is hassle free. This includes regular site meetings with the builder to track progress and respond to any queries on site. We prepare a final set of drawings for the builder to commence work.
